If, during installation, you receive a message saying "This installation package could not be opened", you probably need to first download and install the latest Microsoft Installer (MSI) engine. For Windows NT, 2000 and XP, you can download it here. For Windows 95, 98 and ME, you can download it here. Once you have downloaded and installed the updated MSI engine, you can then retry the toolbar installer link above.
